Hey! So Glad You're Here.

There isn't much I can say about myself that isn't already plastered across the internet, the fated outcome for a Millennial coming up in the "Information Age" with few inhibitions against authenticity and transparency.

My work is multi-faceted and complex, yet it's centered on empowering women to realize their full potential and help them develop and hone the boldness and confidence to pursue that to which they are called.

  • I help women create and maintain a lifestyle that encompasses the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical aspects of wellness through private and group coaching. Click here to learn more.

  • I coach business owners in the launching and early stages of business in areas of business/idea development, marketing, social media, operations and the like. Click here to learn more.

  • I write, speak and advocate on health and wellness, mental health, entrepreneurship and more.

Some background:

I'm a thirty-something entrepreneur, author and international speaker who's married with two kids and a fitness company. I love to read, write, escape to the beach and lift heavy things in the form of barbells and responsibility.

In 2013 I founded 5:17 Total Body Transformations, a wellness company helping women unlock their full potential through exercise, nutrition and emotional health. Based in Campbell, California, we work with clients locally and worldwide.

I'm the author of Fit For The Calling, a devotional study blending faith and fitness to help women unlock the truths God says to them about body image, confidence, abilities and wellness. I've published over 100 articles in newspapers, magazines and online publications and have spoken on the national and international stage on entrepreneurship and wellness.

Born and raised in South Florida, I relocated with my family to Silicon Valley in 2013 and consider California home. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida in 2007 and am currently pursuing a Masters in Fine Arts in Creative Writing.
